I live in an apartment, can the driver bring the box up for me?

We would love that, but unfortunately, the drivers of our delivery partner aren’t able to bring the box upstairs to you. But don’t worry, they’ll leave the box in a safe place according to your delivery instructions.

Can my box be left inside my garage?

Unfortunately, not. For a few reasons, the drivers of our delivery partner will never enter your property. Which includes opening your garage door and entering your garage. Your delivery spot must be easily accessible and located outside and in front
