That’s kinda up to you. When you set up your account, you’ll nominate a safe delivery spot. This spot must be somewhere that doesn’t require our drivers to make contact with you.

It’s a good idea to make sure your instructions are clear and concise, and that your delivery spot is well lit with unobstructed pathways and free from any pets. And it’s worth noting, the drivers of our delivery partner will not enter if there are dogs present – so if you have a fur baby, you might need to make allowances for that on delivery day. 

If you don’t leave any delivery instructions, the drivers will leave the box next to the front entrance.
