Why have some of my ingredients been substituted?Updated 10 hours ago

So glad you asked! This is down to availability and peak freshness. We work closely with local suppliers to deliver the highest-quality ingredients each week. But occasionally, unseasonal weather or supply issues mean we’re unable to get exactly what we planned. If an ingredient isn’t quite up to the quality we need it to be or isn’t available, then we’ll make a quick swap for something just as delicious. 

If this happens, we’ll update your recipe card and let you know ahead of time so you can cook with confidence.
