- You should receive key transactional emails—things like weekly menu reminders, first-order confirmations, and payment failure notices—regardless of whether you’ve opted into marketing emails.
- Whilst we do everything we can to ensure emails land in your inbox, sometimes email providers will block or filter our messages. It’s annoying, but it happens!
