What is the deadline to cancel my box?Updated 10 days ago

It’s always good to have options when things don’t go to plan. We like to be flexible, so if you need to cancel, just make sure you do so prior to the cut-off and cancel your next box before 11:30PM AEDT Sunday. 

To do this, get in touch with our customer care team straightaway via Live Chat or email at [email protected] (from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week). They’ll help you cancel your box, or change your delivery window, address and recipe selections. 

But changes do need to be made quickly. So take note: if your first box delivery day is Saturday or Sunday, the cut-off time to make changes to your first box is until 11:30 PM on the preceding Sunday, and if your delivery day is on a Monday, the cut-off time to make changes to your first box is by 11:30 PM AEST on the Sunday 8 days before that Monday.
