What happens if I am going away and won’t be home to receive my QuiteLike order?Updated a month ago
No worries at all, you can easily pause your account for however long you’ll be away. Just go to “SETTINGS>PLAN SETTINGS”, where you’ll see “PLAN STATUS”. From there, move the toggle to the left and select the number of weeks you’d like to pause your account.
Just a heads up, the maximum period you can pause your subscription for is 12 weeks.
What happens to my subscription during the pause period?
Think of it like hitting the snooze button. We won’t deliver or charge you during the pause period. Once you’re back and ready to cook up some weeknight magic, your subscription will be resumed and life will carry on as normal.
Can I change the pause period?
Yep, you can unpause or change the end date of your pause period from the settings page on your dashboard.
To unpause your subscription, simply move the toggle to the right and, hey presto!, your subscription will resume immediately. This applies to the next order.
To change the end date of your pause period, click “Edit” and select a new end date of the pause period.
How will I know the end date of my pause period?
You can see the end date of your pause period on the upcoming order page.
When I pause my account, will I still get a box?
If you have a current order that’s in progress, which you have paid for but hasn't been delivered, this order will still arrive at your address on your pre-selected delivery date. However, if you don’t have a box in progress, we won’t send another until your pause period has ended.
