We want every box to be great. If something isn’t right, here’s how we make it right.

My delivery is late. What happens?
If your box arrives later than the promised window, we’ll add a goodwill credit. Please get in touch
with Customer Care to organise this.
My box didn’t arrive at all. What do I do?
Please contact Customer Care. We’ll investigate and based on your individual circumstances,
you may receive a choice of a refund or a credit.
My order went to the wrong address.
If we cannot retrieve it, we’ll offer a refund or credit. If we can retrieve it, we’ll add a goodwill
credit for the inconvenience.
An ingredient was missing or spoiled, can I get a refund?
Yes. For missing/incorrect main ingredients or spoiled mains, we’ll refund or credit the affected
meal. For non-main items, we’ll credit the item.
I have an allergy and couldn’t eat the meal.
Please contact us immediately. We’ll refund or credit the affected meal and investigate internally.
How do refunds work?
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days after we approve your
claim. Your bank may need extra time; if you don’t see it within 21 business days, contact us.
How do credits work?
Credits are applied to your QuiteLike account straight away and will be available for your next
order. Credits usually expire 12 months after issue.
A top-up product was missing or damaged, what now?
We’ll refund or credit the price of the top-up item, and add a small goodwill credit when
appropriate.
I cancelled after the cut-off, am I eligible for a refund?
If you cancel after the cut-off, we generally can’t refund as the order is already processed. Please
contact Customer Care for assitance.
My discount/referral didn’t apply.
We’ll apply the missing discount/credit to your next order once verified.
What evidence do you need?
Photos of damaged items or packaging, and your order number help us resolve issues faster.
