I received an email saying my order is skipped, why and what can I do if I still want a box?Updated 11 hours ago

We don’t want you to be skipped, either! But if you have received an email telling you that your order has been skipped, it’s usually because we failed to take payment for your next box. Our first payment cut-off is at midnight on Monday, and the second is Monday morning. If payment failed from your card for both attempts, unfortunately, your box will be skipped. There isn’t much we can do to undo the skip after the cut-off. This is down to the logistics of getting thousands of boxes ready to deliver to food lovers like yourself. But jump into your account now and update your debit/credit card details before the next cut-off – that way you’ll be back in action and ready to receive mealtime magic again.
