I got an SMS saying my payment has failed, what do I do if I still want a box?Updated 11 hours ago

OK. Something has gone awry with the credit/debit details we have on file for you. There are various reasons why a payment may fail – it’s usually things like an expired card, insufficient funds, or a blocked card – we don’t always know the reason. We take payment around midnight on Sunday, and if it fails, we send the SMS shortly afterwards. Depending on the mobile operator you use, you may receive it at different times early Monday morning. So, if you’ve received this SMS, you just need to follow the link in the message to update your debit/credit card details. We will try to take payment again at about 9:30 AM. If this second attempt fails, your box will be skipped for that week. To prevent these unhappy surprises, just make sure your card details are up to date. That way, we can keep the mealtime magic coming your way!
