Please note: The changes will only apply to unpaid upcoming orders. If you need to change the contact details for an in-progress box, get in touch with our customer care team via Live Chat or email [email protected] (from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week).
Here’s how to update your details: You can update your email address and mobile number under Settings > Account Details. If you’re on a mobile device, after logging in to your account, select the menu icon.
Select ‘Settings’ from the list
Click on “Edit”
It’s easy done. But wait a sec! Before you update your contact details, you should know that the cut-off time to make changes for your next box is 6:00 PM Thursday. After this cut-off, we won’t be able to make any changes.
Make sure you remember to save the changes! Just a heads up that you will need to log back in after updating your email address.
If you are on a desktop or laptop device, after log in, select ‘Settings’.
Click on ‘Edit'
