How do I unpause or reactivate my account?Updated a month ago

You have complete control of your account and subscription, through our online Dashboard.  


To unpause or reactivate your account, log into your Dashboard, in the account settings page.  


Select "Plan Settings" in the menu and simply click on the "Activate" text.  It should then reactivate your subscription, and read as follows:

This will then allow you to see your future orders, and customise your meal selections.


Please note, that orders are finalised on Monday mornings, shortly after midnight.  


Following the above process after orders are finalised on Monday Morning will mean that your next order will be processed the following weekend. So if you were to reactivate your subscription on a Monday morning at say, 8 am, you will have missed the order process for the previous week.
