How do I pause or cancel my account?Updated 3 months ago

You have complete control of your account and subscription, through our online Dashboard.  

To cancel your account, log into your Dashboard, in the account settings page.  

select "Plan Settings" in the menu and simply click on the "Cancel Subscription" text:

Then click the "cancel now" button

This will ensure that no future orders are processed. 

Please note, that orders are finalised on Monday mornings, shortly after midnight.  

Following the above process after orders are finalised on Monday Morning will cancel any future orders, but not the order finalised earlier that day.  If you were to cancel your subscription on a Monday morning at say, 8 am, the order that was processed earlier that morning (around 1 am) would still be delivered to you to following Monday. 

You can also "Pause" your account.  This is particularly useful if you are going on holidays for more than 4 weeks.
