How do I cancel my subscription?Updated 6 hours ago

If you need to cancel your weekly delivery of mealtime magic, you can, of course, do so at any time.  You can make changes to your subscription by logging in to your account. From there, go to your account settings page, select 'Plan Settings,' and click "Cancel my Plan"


Cancelling your subscription does not affect any order that has passed the 11:30 PM Sunday cut-off time, even if you have not received your box. 


For example, if your delivery is on Sunday, and you cancel your subscription on a Monday at 8 AM, your coming Sunday box has passed the cut-off time and has been processed and will still show up on your doorstep the day it was due to be delivered.


Note that you will lose your current Cook's Perks status and benefits and all the remaining credit if you cancel your subscription.


If you are using a mobile device, after log in, click on the menu icon


Select "Settings"


Click on the arrow next to the "My Account"


Select "Plan Settings" from the list


Click on "Cancel My Plan"


Last chance to change your mind! You will lose your current Cook's Perks status and benefits and all the remaining credit if you cancel your subscription. But if you're sure, then click the 'Proceed to Cancel this Plan' button 


This will ensure that no future orders are processed. 


If you are on a desktop or laptop, after log in, go to "Settings"


Under "Plan Settings", click on "Cancel My Plan"


If you just need to take a break, you can also 'Pause' your account. This is super useful if you're going on holiday for more than four weeks and don't want your neighbours tucking into your QuiteLike orders on your behalf!
