How do I cancel my first order and my subscription?Updated 7 days ago


We know plans change and here’s everything you need to know about cancelling your first order and your subscription.


Cancelling Both? Start With Your First Order

If you’d like to cancel both your first order and your subscription, you’ll need to cancel your order first.

If you cancel your subscription before cancelling that first order, your Upcoming Orders page will switch to an account reactivation screen. When that happens, you won’t be able to cancel your first order through your account.


When You Can Cancel Your First Order

Your first order can only be cancelled before the weekly order cut‑off time.

After the cut‑off has passed, your order moves into In Progress, and at that point it can no longer be cancelled.


What Happens After Cut‑Off

If your order is already In Progress, it will still be delivered even if you choose to cancel your subscription. You’re welcome to cancel your subscription anytime, just keep in mind your first order will still be on its way.




To cancel your first order:

  1. Log in to your QuiteLike account.
  2. Go to your Upcoming Orders page.
  3. Your first order will appear at the top. Select Cancel order.
  4. Your order will be cancelled and refunded.


To cancel your subscription:

Once your first order is cancelled:

  1. Go to your account Settings.
  2. Select Plan Settings.
  3. Choose Cancel my plan.
  4. Select Proceed to cancel this plan.
  5. Choose your reason for leaving.
  6. Your QuiteLike subscription is now cancelled.


To reactivate your subscription:

  • You can reactivate your plan at any time by visiting the My Plan page after logging in.
