My meal arrived damaged, leaking or warm. What should I do?

I cancelled after cut-off. Can I get a refund?

Usually not, because the order has already been processed once cut-off passes. That said, if there are special circumstances, it’s still worth contacting Customer Care so they can review your case. Just be clear about which order you mean and when yo
