We’re really quite proud of the quality of our ingredients. We source local produce in line with the seasons, and although we don’t have an organic range as such, we are committed to working with producers and farmers who share our belief that eating fresh and seasonally is best for our plate and our planet. 

We only use free-range chicken and our meat supplier provides high-quality, 100% Australian grain-fed beef with no added hormones. Our seafood is ethically farmed and 100% Australian.
