Good question. It works like this: when you sign up to QuiteLike, your first box is paid for immediately with the debit/credit card details you entered at checkout. From that point, your weekly subscription starts – meaning you will receive a box every week. 

To receive your order on a Saturday or Sunday, you will need to place your order by 11:30 PM AEST on the preceding Sunday. To receive your order on a Monday, you need to place your order by 11:30 PM AEST on the Sunday 8 days before that Monday. No changes can be made after that time. 

If you happen to miss the cut-off time to select your recipes, you will still receive a box. It will just have recipes our culinary team have curated for you with a balance of different proteins and cuisines. 

On the following Monday, early midnight, we will take payment for your next box by charging the default debit/credit card in your account. If we fail to deduct the charge the first time, you will receive an SMS from us to update your card details. We will attempt to take the payment again in the morning. If it still fails, your box will be skipped for that week.
