When do I need to choose my next meals for the week and when will I be charged?Updated 16 hours ago

Our menus are published 4 weeks before the delivery day of your box, so there’s plenty of time to read through the recipes and pick the ones that make your stomach skip a beat.  

If your delivery day is Saturday or Sunday, you need to pick the recipes before 11:30 PM AEST on the preceding Sunday, and if your delivery day is on a Monday, you need to pick your recipes by 11:30 PM AEST on the Sunday, 8 days before that Monday.  

But what happens if you haven’t made up your mind yet or you miss the cut-off to select your recipes? Don’t worry, you will still receive a box. It will be packed with recipes our culinary team have chosen for you with a balance of different proteins and cuisines. 

On a Monday morning before your next delivery, we will take payment for the next box by charging the default debit/credit card in your account. If we fail to deduct the charge the first time, you will receive an SMS from us asking you to update your card details. We will attempt to take payment again the next morning. If it fails a second time, your box will be skipped for that week.
