Uh-oh, what’s happened? Have you tried turning it off and on again? Just kidding (although, you never know)! here are some tips:

If you forgot your password

You can reset your password easily, click on “Forgot your password?” 

Enter the email you used when registering with us and click 'Reset my password'.

You will receive a code to enter in the next screen and set a new password

If you forgot your email address

Please reach out to customer care via Live Chat or email [email protected] and we can help you to check the email address. 

Still having issues 

If you’re trying to log in and are experiencing issues, first try clearing your cookies and browser cache. If you’ve done that and still can’t log in, let us know via Live Chat or email us at [email protected]. Our operation hours are between 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM AEST, 7 days a week. 

Our support team will ask what device you’re using and what web browser version you’re on. It's also a good idea to take a screenshot of any errors to send through – those little details can help us get to the bottom of things quickly.
