My discount was not applied. What should I do?Updated 10 hours ago

Something that may have happened is that you’ve already applied the discount previously. Our sign-up offer only applies to new customers and is capped at one per household. So, if you’ve had a registered account with us before, you may not be eligible for the sign-up offer. If this is the case, we’ll need to cancel your order so you can reactivate your old account.
