Start by checking your tracking and having a quick look through the box. Sometimes an item is packed separately, and sometimes a late delivery still arrives safely chilled.
If the box is missing, the wrong item has arrived, or a meal is warm, leaking or damaged, don’t eat anything you’re unsure about. Take photos if you can and have your order number handy and then get in touch via Live Chat or email [email protected] (from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week).
