Start with the chilled items first. Pop meats on the bottom shelf of the fridge, store dairy and sauces in the fridge, and keep fresh produce in the crisper where it makes sense.


For Ready to Heat, keep meals refrigerated and follow the use-by date on the pack. For Cook meals, it helps to group meal components together so they’re easy to find later in the week.


A quick unpack now saves a lot of fridge rummaging later.
